It’s Shrove (pancake) Tuesday today, so I thought I’d use this opportunity to move towards my New Years resolutions. I’ve successfully flipped 10 pancakes which is a huge thing for someone that hasn’t done it before. Next time I should make cinnamon mascarpone to go with it.
